This policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and — where applicable — returned.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email, and tracking information once your order ships.

2. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Delivery times vary by destination and selected shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Peak Bio Supply is not responsible for carrier delays.

3. Returns

Due to the nature of research products, and to preserve product integrity and safety, all sales are final and products cannot be returned once shipped. This policy reflects standard practice for research-use-only materials.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@peakbiosupply.com with your order number and photos. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement.
