These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Peak Bio Supply website and your purchase of products offered through it. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site or purchase any product. To purchase a research peptide product from the Members area you must be at least 21 years of age, and you represent that you are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a qualified researcher or research institution, for legitimate research purposes.
2. Research Use Only (Members area)
The research peptide products sold in the Peak Bio Supply Members area are intended strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. You assume all responsibility and liability for the safe and lawful handling, use, storage, and disposal of any research peptide product purchased.
Dietary supplements sold on the public storefront are food products intended for human consumption in accordance with their labeling. They are not drugs. No statement about them has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
3. No Medical Claims
Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. No statement on this site has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Research peptide products may not be used in, and you agree not to use them in, any food, drug, medical, or cosmetic application, or any application involving administration to humans or animals.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site or any product in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation, and not to resell or redistribute research peptide products in a manner inconsistent with their research-use-only designation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peak Bio Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product. Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
