Why it works
A multivitamin is insurance. Hard training raises requirements for several micronutrients, and even a good diet has gaps. This formula covers the full vitamin and mineral panel, A through K, the B-complex, and the trace minerals zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium, and molybdenum, at meaningful doses.
On top of the basics it adds three botanical blends: lutein, lycopene, and saw palmetto for general health support; echinacea, beta-glucan, spirulina, and garlic for immune support; and a green tea, hawthorn, cinnamon, bilberry, grape seed, and pomegranate blend for antioxidant support.
