Why it works

Isolate is whey filtered further. Most of the fat, lactose, and carbohydrate comes out, leaving a powder that is close to pure protein. This one delivers 22 g of complete protein in a 120-calorie serving, the highest protein-to-calorie ratio in our lineup and the reason people reach for isolate when they are tracking intake closely.

Because the filtration strips most of the lactose, it tends to sit better than a concentrate blend. It is sweetened with stevia leaf rather than sucralose or acesulfame, and a little MCT oil powder and sunflower lecithin give it enough body to mix smoothly in a shaker.

Benefits

Muscle repair and growth*

22 g of complete protein per serving, rich in leucine, supports the muscle protein synthesis that follows hard training.*

More protein per calorie*

22 g of protein at 120 calories supports a daily protein target without crowding out the rest of the day's food.*

Easier on digestion*

Filtration removes most of the lactose a concentrate blend carries, which supports comfortable daily use for people sensitive to dairy sugar.*

Recovery between sessions*

A fast-digesting protein source after training supports the repair process that lets you come back to the next session ready.*
