Four documented strains, each with a named designation rather than a genus and a shrug: Lactobacillus acidophilus (La-14), Bifidobacterium lactis (Bl-04), Lactobacillus plantarum (Lp-115), and Lactobacillus paracasei (Lpc-37). They sit in an 800 mg blend providing 40 billion CFU at time of manufacture, delivered with MAKTREK Bi-Pass Technology, which is built to carry the cultures through the stomach rather than leave them there.
One thing to be plain about: this is a blend, so the 800 mg total and the 40 billion CFU are what the label discloses. How that count divides across the four strains is not broken out. Alongside the cultures there is a small prebiotic pairing, 60 mg of a complex marine polysaccharide and 24 mg of fructooligosaccharide.
